  • C:\Windows\System32 (if you working on 32-bit system).
  • Add “old” to the following file named by renaming them. Select the following files and right-click on those files and go to “Rename” option.
  • “msvcr80.dll”
  • “msvcm80.dll”
  • “Msvcr80.dll”
  • Install Sage Accounts and rename the files in the above step (Step 2).
  • Repeat the steps 1 and 2 again to rename files back to the original name.

  • Start your computer.
  • Go to “My Computer” or “This Computer”.
  • Open C:\ drive.
  • Browse to location “C:\Program File\Common Files\SageSBD\ SBDDesktop.exe”.
  • Rename the file “SBDDesktop.exe” to “SBDDesktop.exe.manifest”.
  • From Updates, download the “SBDDesktop installer Utility”.
  • Install the “SBDDesktop” in your system.
  • Restart your system.
